Merced Elementary Takes 1st place in the Read, Write, Recycle Challenge

It is an honor to recognize Merced Elementary as the 1st place winners of the Read, Write, Recycle Challenge
sponsored by the American Chemistry Council. The challenge was a collaborative effort between the American
Chemistry Council, the San Gabriel Valley Conservation Corp., and West Covina Unified School District to
educate our future leaders on the importance of recycling.
