We're offering homeowners in your neighborhood a FREE Service supporting the reduction of graffiti, while beautifying the streets. 

It's no secret, Art makes our neighborhoods beautiful! 

Our Vine Art program will add color to community walls and reduce the occuance of tagging and gang related graffiti.

Community Development Block Grant

The Community Development Block Grant is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant funds, which are allocated by Supervisor Hilda L. Solis, First Supervisory District.

This program can provide a multitude of services to residents in the unincorporated areas of Avocado Heights, Bassett, South San Jose Hills, Valinda, and West Puente Valley. These services includes graffiti prevention projects such as; vine trellis installation, vine plantings, and vine paintings for residents that live in these unincorporated areas and has a wall that is prone to graffiti.
