Giving Back to The Community
San Gabriel Valley Conservation Corps hands out water and lunch during its continuing its conservation outreach and education program, "Along the River: Our Home, Our Habitat" event in Mountain View Park.
In YouthBuild programs, low-income young people ages 16 to 24 work full-time for 6 to 24 months toward their GEDs or high school diplomas while learning job skills by building affordable housing in their communities.
Educational Program
In partnership with YouthBuild Charter School of California and DiplomaPlus School; the SGVCC provides motivated young people between the ages of 16 to 25 who couldn’t succeed in a traditional school with an alternative way to earn their high school diploma.
